We'll take care of everything from sourcing vendors to managing your budget, designing and procuring all the necessary items for your wedding, and even handling the creation and management of your invitations and RSVPs. Our partial Collection is tailor-made for couples who desire a hands-on approach to planning, yet crave professional guidance every step of the way. From vendor selection to contract management, budgeting, and beyond, we'll be your trusted advisors throughout the journey. It's the ideal fusion of our Full Service and Coordination Collections, offering you the best of both worlds. With this collection, our partnership begins approximately one year prior to your wedding day, ensuring ample time to bring your vision to life with precision and care.

Coordination
Also referred to as event management, our "Day-of" or "Month-of" Coordination service is designed for couples who have meticulously planned every detail but require expert assistance with the logistics on their wedding day. With this collection, we step in approximately 60 days prior to your wedding, ensuring a seamless transition and meticulous attention to detail when it matters most. Let us handle the execution while you relax and enjoy your special day knowing that every aspect is being expertly managed.

After many trips to the venue, working on seating charts, and discussing how to make the day flow COVID hit. Lori instantly reached out to see what our plans were. After lots of discussion we opted for a small intimate ceremony and pushing the celebration to our first anniversary. We will absolutely be using Lori and her team again to plan our big celebration to ensure it’s everything we could imagine! Lori made such a stressful and upsetting time for a bride so much easier! If you are in need of a coordinator, Lori and her team are the way to go!

I truly can't even begin to write all of the amazing things about Imagine This and Lori Overstreet. I was actually contacted by her after another wedding planner fell through, which to me, shows how passionate she is about this business. We talked once on the phone and it was a no brainer to choose her to help plan my wedding. Lori is so organized! Where can we learn more about you?
We have multiple planners on the Imagine This team that will be there for you the day of your wedding. If your planner is sick the day of your wedding we will have someone ready to take their place.
What happens if you are sick the day of my wedding?
A venue coordinator is a liaison hired by the venue to oversee venue operations the night of a wedding. A wedding planner/ coordinator is your advocate who will put your needs first and will ultimately be there to make sure your event runs smoothly.
What’s the difference between a wedding planner/ coordinator and a venue coordinator?
Absolutely! We have planned weddings and events from the east coast all the way to the west coast. We have even done events abroad.
Do you travel for weddings?
YES, YES, YES, a million times Yes! Imagine This is a a queer owned wedding planning business who welcomes all love regardless of race, sexual orientation, religious backgrounds or identity. We value professionalism and strive to treat you with inclusivity and kindness.
Do you plan LGBTQ+ Weddings?
Totally! We have had many clients who do not live close to their venue and are wanting to plan a destination wedding. We LOVE planning destination weddings and would love to help you plan yours!
Do you work with clients who are planning a destination wedding?
Our pricing can be different for time of year, size of wedding, location, and other factors. For a point of reference, our coordination package starts at $1750. Contact us if you would like to get a quote for your special day.
What is your pricing?
No! we love getting out of our comfort zone and planning other events such as engagements, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, galas, and more.
